PWC 50th Anniversary Quilt Reveal: Opening Reception & Artist Conversation
Created by Luke Godsey (C'26), this quilt was created in celebration of Penn Women's Center's 50th Anniversary and Luke's Appalachian culture and upbringing. Luke describes quilting as an important part of Luke's identity, being from Appalachia. This quilt is over a year in the making - from creating a design, to sourcing fabrics, to countless hours of sewing - this quilt is a true love story to all of the parts of Luke's identity and experience at Penn thus far.
